In accordance with Title 40, Chapter 10, Code of Ala. 1975 (ยง40-10-180 through 200), Cullman County Tax Collecting official has authority to auction and sell tax liens on properties for which ad valorem property taxes are delinquent. Effective with the 2023 delinquent property tax, a tax lien auction will take place in the County Commission conference room of the Courthouse of Cullman County on May 7th, 2024, at 10:00 am the following parcels of real estate, assessed to the individuals name, for the payment of taxes, fees and costs and interest as shown.
